I want to bring your attention to a story in which you're featured. This is from the Johnson County Government Newsletter. To see it, follow this link. Then click on JoCo Info--on the top left side of the page. What great recognition for your efforts!
Also, you and your family and friends may want to attend tonight's September 11th Rememberance Ceremony here at the Central Resource Library. Here's a description of the program:
A special program will be held in remembrance of the September 11 tragedy. Key note addresses by first responders and county officials. Musical and poetry tributes. Join us on the patio in front of the library at 8:45 p.m. for a candlelight vigil as well. Special music. Check the Library’s Web site for more information: www.jocolibrary.org/democracy
September 11th Remembrance Ceremony
7 p.m.
Central Resource Library
9875 W. 87th St.
Overland Park, KS
The latest news is that the ceremony is being moved inside. So, no need to worry about the weather or the fate of the mural. Oh! The mural will be the backdrop to the ceremony. I'm sure Angel told all of you, but we should let others know who read this blog.

Btw, the above link to the JOCO gov website doesn't work.
The get up last night looked really great. I saw Fara crying in the paper. *hug*
Cyber hugs are weak. I apologize.
